Why you Don’t Have to Feel Good to Manifest

Do you have to feel good to manifest??

NO!!!!!

The biggest thing I struggled with when I was using The Law of Attraction was trying to feel good all the time. 

A lot of people teaching the LOA say that in order for you to manifest you need to get into the right vibration and feel good. Which can feel exhausting at times!!

The thing is, you are always manifesting and you don’t need to feel happy all the time to manifest. 

We are humans and we experience an array of feelings and the only feeling you need to get into to manifest is the feeling that it’s already done. 

It is our Thoughts That Manifest, not our Feelings.

In order to manifest your desires, you need to live in the end. 

So what does that mean? 

Living in the end is basically living as you have already received your desire. How would you think, feel and act if you already had the thing you wanted?

It’s a state where you know everything you want has already been created, your wish has been fulfilled, it’s all about living in that state and letting your manifestation unfold. 

Of course, you are going to feel good when you have received your desire but you will still have other feelings, you will still feel sad sometimes, you will still feel tired or overwhelmed at times!! 

Because you are human!! 

And having those feelings will NOT mess up your manifestations!! The only thing that can do this is if you quit!!

When Neville speaks about living in the feeling, he doesn’t mean your emotions, he literally means live in the feeling that it’s true. 

Feeling is the one and only medium through which ideas are conveyed to the subconscious. Therefore, the man who does not control his feeling may easily impress the subconscious with undesirable states.

The problem with people teaching us that we need to feel good to manifest is they don’t understand that we are manifesting all the time. You manifest every second of the day, no matter if you’re happy or sad. 

But it isn’t the feelings that are manifesting, it is your dominant thoughts and assumptions. 

Let’s say you are applying for a new job, you have already assumed it is yours and you know you are going to get it. A couple of days after the interview you’re having a bad day and just feel sad and tired. Do you think that’s going to affect your manifestation??

Hell no!!!

The next day you get a call that the job is yours because you believed it would be and had faith that you got it. And even when you had that bad day, you kept affirming you got the job and didn’t lose faith. 

For me, I found that trying to feel good all the time was counterproductive. I would beat myself up for not being happy all the time. And I always felt like there was something wrong with me because I could never get to the constant state of happiness. I assumed I would never get my desires because I couldn’t stay happy all the time. 

Drop the Assumption That you Have to Feel Good to Manifest

Well, guess what, it was a struggle for me to manifest because I assumed I had to be happy all the time. Since I dropped that assumption and learned how we manifest properly it feels like a weight has been lifted. 

So just know it’s ok to feel your sad feelings, as long as you don’t stay there forever. Even when you feel down, keep working on your self-concept, saying your affirmations, and have faith that this too shall pass.

The magic thing is, when your self-concept is dominantly good, you don’t get triggered as much and you naturally feel good more often but you don’t have to force it!! But it starts with your thoughts because they create your feelings.

Thoughts = feelings = beliefs/assumptions = manifesting  

Whatever you assume will come true, so just affirm that: I always get what I want….ALWAYS!! Nothing can fuck up my manifestations!!!

  1. this is such a relief. I wondered for years how I was able to manifest some things despite being severely depressed. Sent me on a spiral thinking life was fated. All makes sense, it was just my thoughts and I still was able to have some good assumptions despite feeling low. thanks for the clear explanation, I will be affirming that last line everyday!
