How to Have Self Compassion When Manifesting

Something I’ve had to practise while on my manifesting journey is having self compassion.

It’s so easy to beat yourself up or be angry at yourself if things aren’t going your way. But this is one of the things that will cause so much resistance and make you feel like crap!! 

None of us are perfect, we can’t always get it right and that’s why having compassion for yourself is critical on this journey.

The path to your manifestations isn’t always linier. You will realise things about yourself you never knew. Learn about beliefs you didn’t know you had. 

You will have to unlearn how you deal with everything in your life and let go of so much conditioning from childhood and society. 

There will be ups and downs, things will feel so easy one minute and the next your old thoughts will come back. 

It takes time to reprogram your mind and completely change the way you handle life. But once you get to the other side, things will feel magical.

If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.

There are also so many people out there telling us what the “right” way to manifest is and that can put so much pressure on you. Worrying about whether you are doing it right or trying to use methods that everyone else says to do, when they don’t feel right.

Your manifesting journey is all about finding what’s right for you. If something works for you then do it, no matter what anyone else says!!

So how can you have self compassion on your manifesting journey?

Firstly, Accept Where you are Now

When you realise that your subconscious has been bringing everything into your life so far, it can be easy to beat yourself up about the negative shit you’ve manifested. 

Please don’t do this!! 

Know that even though it was your subconscious mind manifesting, you weren’t consciously doing this!! You were asleep, you didn’t know your beliefs and thoughts were affecting anything. 

So accept where you are now!! And be grateful you became aware of this so you can change anything you want to!!

Having self compassion for the things you created before you woke up is vital to your mental health.

You may have manifested some complete shit in your life (I know I did) but you are here now. Yes, trauma and bad circumstances can be very hard to work through but you have an amazing chance to change your life.

The past is in the past, don’t let it dictate your future. 

Talk to Yourself Like you Would Your Best Friend 

We all have an inner critic, but would you talk to your best friend the way you talk to yourself?

Practice being kind to yourself. When you think you have messed up, self soothe yourself and affirm that everything is going to be ok. 

This can be hard in the beginning. We are so used to beating ourselves up that it’s become a habit. 

So be gentle with yourself too. 

You are breaking the habit of being your old self, which takes awareness and time. Just know that each time you talk to yourself differently, is a step closer to becoming the new you. 

If you find yourself spiralling, take a deep breath and start again. 

Write down everything you would say to your friend in the same situation and say it to yourself. 

Give yourself a hug if you need to. Self love and self care are so important on this journey.

Give Yourself Lots of Love 

Like I said, self-love is so important on this journey. So every day tell yourself “I love you”

List all the wonderful things about yourself. Accept yourself for how you are, fully.

Write love letters to yourself.

If you love to script, script out all the amazing things about you, even if they aren’t true yet. Write out how magical it is to be you, how people love you and treat you so well because you are special. 

Look at the things you love about others and know that the reason you love those traits is because they are in you too. 

Be grateful for who you are, write in your journal all the things you are grateful for about yourself. 

Put yourself first as an act of self-love. You are your own priority. Priorities thing’s in the day that light you up and make you feel good.

Know That Everything is Working out for you 

Even if it doesn’t look like it now, know that everything is working out for you. No matter the circumstance or how bad it feels now, it will all work out in your favour. 

Affirm this every day. 

We have all had those times where it feels like everything is falling apart and then a few months down the line we realise it was the best thing that could have happened to us. 

The bridge to our manifestations doesn’t always look pretty. Sometimes things have to play out, so we can work on them and clear those beliefs. 

So practise affirming through the tough times that it’s going to be ok, you are safe and you are protected. 

The 3D is a Messenger 

The 3D can feel hard at times, especially in the beginning when we don’t always have the tools or capacity to deal with it. 

However, our 3d world is simply a mirror of our thoughts and assumptions. If you shift your mindset to knowing this, you start to become grateful for these messages. 

Things come up in our reality to clear them. You can’t take your old shitty thoughts and beliefs with you, because you will just repeat the same patterns. 

Being grateful for these messages is so helpful. You start to see that they are helping you get to the next level in your life. 

Practice observing your reality, instead of reacting. The less you react and work on what’s coming up, the faster you will shift into your new state of being. 

Know that your subconscious wants you to have an amazing life, it’s on your side. You can even talk to your subconscious and thank it for everything it’s doing. 

After all, it’s your subconscious that brought you to this post, it brought you to The Law of Assumption. So you can change your beliefs and have the best life!!

Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it.
